Sectigo

After joining SPARK in July of 2019, I was brought onto the Sectigo team to provide expertise and versatility.

Our team leveraged Design Thinking exercises and workshops, both within our team, as well as with key stakeholders. The artifacts created and information uncovered from these workshops provided us with an intentional plan and shared expectations.

An Iterative Approach

We didn’t disappear for months to design an entirely new experience in a bubble.

We worked collaboratively and iteratively, providing weekly design reviews, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and deploying regular code releases.

We took a “step back” throughout the entire engagement to make sure our approach continued to align with the goals of our client, and their users.

Improved Engagement

In addition to the homepage initiative, I also lead the redesign for the eCommerce experience.

Our team was able to track and measure multiple KPI’s. The data revealed a significant increase in user engagement, an increase in sales, as well as a faster purchasing experience.

Our stakeholders shared with us that following our newly designed retail experience they had back-to-back months of the best sales in the history of the company.

An Enterprise Design System

After improving multiple areas of the Sectigo experience, our team finally brought it full circle by taking each newly built component and creating a robust Design System.

This Design System allows Sectigo website administrators and editors to maintain consistency while easily building new pages, using standardized components from their library.
